collabkit.store ("we", "us", or "our") operates a public catalog of video records. We adhere to strict data minimization principles. We do not maintain user accounts, do not run tracking cookies, and do not profile visitor browsing patterns.
2. Information Collected
- Public Server Logs: Standard HTTP request logs (IP address, user agent, request timestamp, URL requested) collected for operational security and rate limiting. Logs are retained for a maximum of 30 days and then purged.
- Catalog Metadata: Public social media posts and media URLs catalogued from publicly available web distributions.
3. Third-Party Processors & CDN
We utilize edge cloud infrastructure and storage providers (such as Cloudflare R2 and AWS) to serve static media assets and protect against denial-of-service events. These processors act strictly under our service instruction.
4. AI & Machine Learning Disclosures
We do not sell, license, or submit visitor log data or user interaction history to third-party artificial intelligence foundation model providers for training purposes.
5. GDPR & CCPA Compliance
Under GDPR and CCPA, you have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of personal data. Since we do not maintain accounts or identifiable user databases, requests regarding public catalog citations or rights removal should be submitted directly to admin@collabkit.store.
